Claveria is a first-class municipality in the province of Misamis Oriental. Located in the highlands of the province, 1-hour journey from the city of Cagayan de Oro. It is not known to many, but the town also has plenty of waterfalls just nestled close to the roads, some through the challenging trails; and others are restricted for visitors. The best of it, most are free and untouched. However, the town is considered the land of waterfalls, about 200 waterfalls can be found around its premises, according to its local government. Katihan eco-park is situated in a scenic valley of Barangay Kibalabag, Malaybalay City, Bukidnon; 21 kilometers distance from the city proper. For commuters: 1. From the Malaybalay bus terminal ride a Motorela (Tricycle) off to "the gardens", 10 pesos regular fare. 2. From the gardens, hire a habal-habal to take you to Katihan eco-park. 300 pesos fixed fare.
